We love Byron Bay and don't need too much of an excuse to head up there for some diving. And what better excuse do we need that a long weekend and a tank full of fuel?!

Introducing Nic's new website!

Nic is pretty mad about food, as I am sure most of you are aware. Currently working through the entire collection of Jamie Oliver books and cooking each and every recipe, she has now taken on another challenge of curing meats! Bacon has been done and there is currently duck and kangaroo prosciutto hanging in the fridge in the garage. Bresaola is also on the go.... along with panchetta!!! Anyway, we decided that Nic really could do with her own website to share with her foodie friends which she is making online all over the globe.
